What is a proof?

A proof is a personalized design that is created by New and Blue's design team. The designers will take your information and special requests to create a beautiful mock-up of your completed design. The proof will be e-mailed and you will have the option to approve the design, request changes, or request a cancellation.

How long will it take to get my proof?

A proof takes 3-4 full business days to receive via e-mail. Orders placed with "Rush Processing" will receive a proof in 1-2 business days.

Can I get more than one proof?

Absolutely. If you decide that your design needs changes you will simply reply to the design team via e-mail with your instructions. The designers will then create another mock-up for you to review, at no additional charge. Proof updates can take up to 3 full business days, rush proofs typically take 1-2 business days. You may also approve a proof if you have minor change requests to speed up the process. Instructions will be provided in the e-mail.

Will my design print exactly as shown?

Due to the wide variance in monitor settings, exact color matches are NOT guaranteed.

Can I get a proof without placing an order?

No. Proofs are only created by the New and Blue design team when they have received a completed order.
