without notice. The information contained herein is correct
at the date of publication; however, it may be subject to
revision, and the service may be modified, supplemented or
withdrawn. Amendments will take effect when posted on our
site and you agree that it is your responsibility to be
aware of any changes made to these Terms and Conditions.
Artwork, Photos and Site Content
1. The artwork and content displayed at
www.save-the-date-cards.com is owned and copyright protected
by New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. Reproduction in any format
is strictly prohibited.
2. The content on this site, including keywords and html
tags, is owned by New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. and may not
be copied.
3. Artwork and photos submitted by customers must be
eligible for print. We will not print any images that are
copyright protected. The customer must have permission to
use the photo or artwork for a "Save the Date Card" or "Save
the Date Magnet." The customer is responsible for insuring
the eligibility of the image they submit. The customer will
not hold New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. liable for any
damages that arise if proper permission was not received.
4. New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. requires that photos
and/or artwork received has been authorized for reprint. Any
customer who submits an image to New and Blue Enterprises,
Inc. agrees that New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. and its
representatives have unrestricted right to use, reproduce,
and publish the photographs and/or images that were
submitted.
Shipping
1. Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS and
Fed Ex. Shipment estimates are provided on the website.
2. Shipping estimates are not exact and packages may arrive
slightly sooner or later than described.
3. New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to
investigate any package that is lost or not delivered
according to schedule. Most investigations take 3 business
days to conclude. New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. will not
issue a reprint during an investigation.
4. New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. will re-ship an order if
the investigation deemed that a package was lost or stolen.
The customer will not be charged in any way for the new
shipment.
5. New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for
packages that were shipped to an invalid address. The
customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping
address. The address must be shipped to a registered
resident or it must have a "c/o, care of" included. Returned
packages will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
Orders
1. Orders are billed in full immediately after submission.
2. Proofs are not created without full payment being
received first.
3. Order fulfillment time is listed on the product
description page. The time listed is an estimate and actual
production time may vary. New and Blue Enterprises, Inc.
will contact the customer if the actual production time is
going to vary substantially from the estimated time.
Notification will not be issued if the delay is 1-3 days.
4. Orders that were improperly printed by New and Blue's
staff will be re-printed and shipped within 3 business days
of notification from the customer.
5. Orders that were submitted with incorrect information,
spelling errors, date errors, etc. and printed by New and
Blue Enterprises, Inc. are not eligible for refunds or
reprints.
6. The customer will have the opportunity to review spelling
before submitting the order and an e-mail confirmation is
also sent. It is the responsibility of the customer to
ensure that spelling, dates, capitalization, and punctuation
are correct. Any email address that is submitted incorrectly
will prevent the delivery confirmation email from being
received.
7. Refunds and reprints are not given on printed or
personalized items.
8. Non-personalized items such as envelopes may be returned
if they are undamaged and in original sale condition. The
customer is responsible for original and return postage.
9. Cancellations cannot be made on personalized orders that
were submitted with the "No Proof" option. Orders are sent
into production immediately and it is typically not possible
to cancel the print.
10. Cancellations and order changes can be made on orders
that were submitted with the "Proof" option. The
cancellation or change must be requested prior to approving
the design for print.
11. Cancellations and changes made after providing an
"approval to print" will not be granted and New and Blue
Enterprises, Inc. will not be responsible for a refund or
reprint.
12. The customer is responsible for verifying that their
entire order was received without errors. New and Blue
Enterprises, Inc. will not compensate a customer for postage
or other costs incurred with mailing erroneous
announcements. Please review the order closely to ensure
that it is accurate BEFORE you mail announcements to guests.
13. The designers at New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. reserve
the right to make modifications to font, size, etc. to
ensure that the text submitted for an announcement will
properly fit.
Product Information
1. New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. will not be responsible
for damage that occurs due to improper use of our products.
2. Our products should not be printed on, taped, glued,
stapled or otherwise altered. Modifying the product could
damage it and New and Blue Enterprises, Inc. will not be
responsible for re-printing or refunding damaged products.
